Refund policy

We expect you to be delighted with your Threadmatch hosiery. If your selection does not meet your highest standards, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned unworn, in their pristine, original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

Complimentary Returns

Returns are entirely complimentary for customers who opted into our premium returns program at checkout.

Standard Returns

For all other orders, the cost of the return label will be conveniently deducted from your refund.
